Pak'n'Save Westgate was the first store in the Pak'n'Save chain to have their new branding implemented and we were entrusted with the job having successfully completed a multitude of other Foodstuffs supermarkets from Bay of Plenty to Kaitaia and various places in between. Signage in supermarkets is no small matter with these stores encompassing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of signage.
Pak’n’Save fascia signage constructed and fabricated in-house from 3mm Aluminium face and returns, lettering sits 100mm (D) and borders 50mm (D). Fabricated letters & borders finished in a 2Pak paint semi-gloss finish as per client colour specifications. Letters and borders fixed to existing titan board with backing panel and angle aluminium with wafer screws piloted and fixed.
Freestanding Pylon 9mtr (H) x 2.2mtrs (W) designed and fabricated in-house to meet client specifications. 2.5tonne sign freighted and installed in one piece.
Aisle of Value signs designed to have Black acrylic sliders that have vinyl decal numbers applied to the slider to indicate product value and specials on a weekly basis. These “Aisle of Value” panels are installed onto slide-able tracking that was manufactured in-house for the panels to slide from left to right to get stock into the shelving.
Various department signs manufactured and constructed from internal aluminium frame with 4mm CNC router cut and folded ACM panels mounted to frame and finished with Matte Black vinyl and other vinyl decal elements. Sign above is 12mtrs long.
Total of 7 checkout piers 1600mm (H) fabricated from 4.5mm opal acrylic and molded in the shape of a triangle, with internal LED’s with external LED flasher, these piers are finished using Avery 900 series CAD vinyl.
